2. Before each start-up, a safety check should be conducted on the wire drawing machine equipment, and lubricating oil should be added at regular, fixed, and quantitative intervals according to the lubrication chart requirements. The oil should be clean and free of sediment.
3. The wire drawing machine must be kept clean regularly, and the unpainted parts must be coated with rust proof grease. The lubricating oil in the motor bearings should be regularly replaced and refilled, and the electrical components should be checked regularly to ensure that they are working properly, safely, and reliably.
4. Regularly check whether the V-belt, handle, knob, and button are damaged. If they are severely worn, they should be replaced in a timely manner and spare parts should be reported for supplementation.
